These terms and conditions apply to all purchases made in this webshop. Once you have placed your order, you automatically also agree with these conditions.
PAYMENT
You will be given a choice at checkout of paying by PayPal, Apple Pay or by card. We accept all mayor credit cards.
All transactions are processed securely.
It is also possible to pay with iDEAL or via bank transfer.

1. the item(s) you would like to order
2. the shipping address
You will receive an e-mail with further payment instructions within a day.
SHIPPING - DELIVERY
Shipping costs for parcels depend on the items ordered and the country of delivery. You find the shipping costs when you check out. All items are shipped from the Netherlands within 1-2 days after the order is placed. You will receive an update once the parcel is on it's way.
PRINTS come wrapped in plastic cover and are solidly packed in a cardboard envelop with fillers for extra protection.
BOOKS are wrapped with (bubble)foil and packed in a cardboard box that fits ar regular mailbox.

Shipping EU (3-7 days) € 12 - € 15*
Shipping WORLD (7-12 days) € 20*
* when you order book(s) / postcards only, and the total of your order fits in a mail box, the shipping fee can be lower.
Let us know in case your order is a gift, we offer free gift wrapping.
If you do not receive your order, because of a mistake by the post office, please contact us. Together we will look for a suitable solution.
CHANGE AND RETURN
If an order reaches you in good condition but you still aren’t satisfied, it is possible to return or change your order on the condition the order comes back in good condition. You will have to pay for shipping back the items.
WARRANTY
Please check your order as soon as it is delivered. When your order is damaged, contact us within 1 week and send a picture of the damage. After we’ve received your email, we will send the product again and will pay for the costs.
